Caroline had an excellent day in West Hampstead on 4th July supporting the wonderful Nancy Jirira, the London Liberal Democrats candidate for the Fortune Green by-election with many from the Camden Liberal Democrats, Haringey Liberal Democrats and others!
Caroline had a great day in Amersham supporting the superb Lib Dem candidate Sarah Green – along with with Cllr Hina Bokhari AM, Irina von Wiese, Alistair Carmichael MP and many more!
Caroline Pidgeon, Liberal Democrat London Assembly Member, commenting on Kennington London Underground station finally changing tomorrow from a Zone 2 station to a boundary Zone 1 / 2 station, said.
“This is a change I have long campaigned for, as the former councillor that represented the tube station. Rezoning Kennington tube formed part of our Mayor of London campaigns in 2000 with Susan Kramer, and then in 2004 with Simon Hughes.
Caroline Pidgeon and Luisa Porritt launched the London Liberal Democrats' flexible Travelcard policy at Oxford Circus on 27th April.
More flexible working means we now need to update travelcards to ensure Londoners get fairer fares. Introducing a travelcard with four days of travel for the price of three reflects our new way of working and gives Londoners a free day of travel around our city.
Caroline Pidgeon, Luisa Porritt and Hina Bokhari visited the Olympic Park, to meet Brian from the Olympic Park Homes Action Group and first hand the serious issues of the fire safety and cladding scandal.

Caroline enjoyed a fantastic afternoon on 23 April campaigning in Streatham with London Assembly candidates Chris Maines and Florence Cyrot, along with Julian Heather and the Lambeth Lib Dem team.
Caroline had a fabulous sunny day campaigning in Sutton with London Assembly candidate Hina Bokhari, Councillor Jenny Batt and the Merton Lib Dem team.
Caroline had a great Sunday morning on 18th April campaigning in East Sheen with Councillors Julia Cambridge and Gareth Roberts, along with Mike Tuffrey, Tim Lennon and the Twickenham and Richmond Lib Dem team.
It was fantastic to join Cllr Victor Chamberlain and Southwark Liberal Democrats out in Borough and Bankside supporting Luisa Porritt and the London Lib Dems. Even the sun made an appearance!
Caroline joined Lambeth Liberal Democrats and London Assembly candidate Florence Cyrot Mele for a day campaigning, talking with Central Hill residents about Lambeth council’s plans to knock down the estate – with no residents’ ballot.
