Lib Dem Assembly Member Caroline Pidgeon joined other local Liberal Democrat Councillors from Oval Ward in Lambeth and Newington Ward in Southwark to celebrate the official opening of the new children’s play area in the park on 22nd March.
”The Friends of Kennington Park have done a wonderful job, securing funding and real improvements to this much valued local park and open space which local residents really enjoy. With the sun shining, it was a fantastic fun day for everyone to enjoy the whole park as well!” commented Caroline Pidgeon.
